Assessments and Reports

Standard Medical Reports

Mr Aliashkevich can provide standard medical reports to TAC and Worksafe Agents. Usually, such reports outline the patient’s medical history in relationship to an injury, current medical condition, its stability, treatment options and prognosis. Lawyers and solicitors may also obtain these reports on behalf of their client.

Independent Medical Examinations (IME)

Independent Medical Examinations and Reports may be provided to the TAC, Worksafe, insurers, employers, lawyers and solicitors, regarding the nature and extent of a claimant’s injuries.

Whole Person Impairment Assessments (WPI)

WPI assessments are conducted in matters where compensation is sought for the permanent impairment of part(s) of an individual’s body. The impairment is calculated in terms of the extent to which an injury impacts your whole person.

Total & Permanent Disability Assessments (TPD)

TPD reports are required in insurance claims where a claimant is seeking compensation for an injury which prevents them from continuing work in their chosen field, or in any other field that may be considered suitable.

Conciliation Reports

These reports help resolve disputes between patients and insurers.

Medical Questionnaires

Mr Aliashkevich provide accurate and detailed responses to questionnaires requested by TAC, Worksafe Agents and insurers, to assess an individual’s medical condition and history.
